Really? I just tried again and getting the same error a couple people on here are reporting. This is the error:

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 302 Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
 
It is normal for the ship date to go blank, when the order status changes to "Your order has been sent for processing." right?
 
You can pre-sign a piece of paper of some sort.

Write UPS/FedEX on it.

I heard you can do this if you ordered through Apple,they have a form on your confirmation you can print. But Verizon would have had to set up their shipments for this I think. Anyone else have any idea if we can find a form?
 
Not sure about requirements for this from Verizon, but any time in the past that I was expecting a package from UPS or Fedex and was not going to be home and it required a signature I left a note that said:

FEDEX/UPS Delivery: I am expecting a package today. Please leave it here at the door.

I printed and signed my name at the bottom...never knew there was actually a form you could get. I know there is a place on the door tag...but that would be too late.

Both Fedex and UPS are very close to my house. I won't take the chance of someone running off with my phone. If I am not home when they attempt to deliver, I can take the door tag and go to the location to pick it up after 5:00 pm.

I find when you type in the address and don't use the link in the email, it works just fine.

Just got confirm and charged

Business Account - black 32gb and black 64gb
order 25xxx
shipping to NY - ordered 10/7 at around 7am EST
card charged and order status updated to receive shipment by 10/14/2011
 
Nothing... Nada... Zilch here.

Ordered a 16g white and a 16g black at about 5:30 on preorder day. Email sent right afterword said scheduled for delivery on the 14th... Been stuck on the "order is in process" on the status screen ever since. :-/ No charge on my card yet either. I'm so impatient!
 
I think mine shipped. It changed and now says

Plus, there's a hold on my debit card (it doesn't say from who). Why no tracking #?

my guess is they are updating these orders in chunks. Has anyone that had had 10/14 ship dates up until today, change back to 10/21?
