Verizon 4S Preorder Status Thread

I keep entering my preorder number on the website even though I know nothing's going to change. It's like an addiction.
i have a separate browser on my second screen.... i'm tabbing between my 2 orders every 15 minutes or so... "Maybe this time!" *Ctrl F5*......... "Maybe THIS time" *Ctrl F5*......

Awesome! I called Verizon asking about the shipping schedule and it was clear the customer service rep had no idea what he was talking about. I'm very glad to hear that I will most likely receive my new iPhone 4s on my birthday!
I really don't get why it's so hard to train ur cs staff on such a simple thing. If your order dOesnt pull up on tracking page. Ur clueless as to if your phone will arrive with no issue.

but the best thing is, in the end we know we will get a different result EVENTUALLY! so we might be insane now, but maybe tomorrow we will recover!
I ordered at midnight on Thursday & it is still in processing
I don't get it. I stayed up late to order the microsecond it became available to preorder. I must have been one of the very first. But the order is still in processing, expected to ship on Oct. 14. I thought for sure it would be being prepared for shipment. :-(
I'm going on a trip from Weds returning Tues, so I can't get my paws on it until next week anyhow, but when I saw that some were shipping now, my hopes got up that I'd have mine for my trip.
I ordered a 32 GB on the Verizon site. Maybe I should have ordered on Apple's site. Darn.

I would really hate to work at Verizon this week with all the pointless call all asking the same exact thing. I would probably have been fired today already.
I wonder why Verizon will be the last one to send out tracking numbers. Sprint users and many at&t users already got their tracking numbers.

It's Murphy's fault. I specifically ordered from Verizon since Apple shipped me my iPhone 4 later than Verizon did. Ergo, Verizon will ship last this time.
Exactly. I would have preferred to order through Apple, but I wanted to be 100% sure that I got a phone so I just did it with whichever site I could first.
