Unfortunately when you click on the tracking number it hasn't been activated yet so that makes me slightly sad. Also, both Apple® iPhone® 6s 64GB in Rose Gold & 4G 4FF PRE-INSTALLED SIM are listed with the same tracking #.

Hey I could really use some help. When I go to fedex to track my package it shows me its shipped but it doesn't show what address it is delivering to. There are two different addresses it could be going to and I would like to know where it is going haha

For the past 2 weeks (sept 13 @ 11 am pacific time) my order status was hanging @ estimated date of October 7. But today when I woke up (sept 23 @ 8 am) got a email from verizon confirming delivery date of September 25th

Iphone 6s Plus 64gb verizon. Currently using a nexus 6. and i would like to sell my nexus 6 before it drops More in price. was 350 new, now seen some go for 299 new unlocked. probably will drop more when google announces the nexus 5x and 6p next week.

mine is "We received your order and it is in process." but with a 9/25 delivery date confirmation email, not tracking etc yet
We'll be fine. Same exact thing happened with the Watch. I think 90% of folks were stuck with no info until the day before. CC charges will start occurring today/tomorrow, tracking info will get updated, and we will all be ecstatic on Friday
I paid full price $1034 for my phone and I have 2 tracking #'s. One USPS and one UPS. USPS is scheduled for Thursday delivery. UPS scheduled for Friday. The rep I spoke to specifically told me that the USPS # one has "activation guide"
written in the shipping notes.

It's going FedEx with a Friday delivery. The tracking info says future date requested so I guess no chance on it coming early. It's in Memphis right now.
What sucks is no one will be home Friday to sign and I don't feel comfortable with it sitting by the door. I tried calling FedEx but they can't see the full tracking details.

Pretty much the longest week of my life. That said, I was not due for an upgrade until 01/2016. VZW offered me an option to upgrade to the 6s with payment plan for 24 months. When I opened with VZW in 01/2014 I got a 4s for $.01. I am not naive but there has never been a device payment on my bill.
So I received a text an hour ago thanking me for recent purchase with promo code to trade in my phone. I ran it through the website and WARNING FLASH FLASH this device is on a device payment plan and essentially said I would have to pay the remaining payments.
So if I can't trade for credit what do I do with it? Thanks.

So yeah, I just checked the UPS tracking number Verizon first gave me and it was just updated today saying that a "LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED" but the date the label was created says 9/24/2015. That's tomorrow. It was probably created today with tomorrows date so the drivers know to pick it up tomorrow, not today. Weight is 2.70lbs. My shipment should have both mine and my wifes 6s Plus phones.
Exactly! When we moved from AT&crap to VZW last year, they didn't send us a guide. They were included in the two phone boxes. Basically they told us to turn on the phone and that's it. Obviously we had to call to port in the numbers, but it was really simple. Not sure why activation guides are still a thing. It sounds so 2007 lol
That's weird. To me, it sounds like you have the remaining months to pay off since your contract isn't up until January. To calculate how much you owe, it should be like $325 minus $10 for every month you've had service. So roughly 20 months (including September) would be $125. If I were you, I'd give VZW a call and ask if they could "waive" it since you're switching to a device payment plan. I know they were offering some kind of free upgrade for anyone that switches to the payment plans back in June/July. They may still honor it if you ask the right way

I asked if it was possible to just change the payment method, but they said they couldn't (lies. Someone on here said they did it), but my delivery date is still set for 10/7. Similar thing happened with my order. My boyfriend lost his CC that we pre-ordered on and when he called VZW to see if they could change the # the first rep told him yes, took the # down and sent him on his way. The second rep told him no and told him they would have to cancel. He must have made a big enough stink about it and instead they told him they would call for the new CC number when they tried to run it and I wouldn't have to lose my place in line.

Just checked my Verizon account online and I now have a tracking number from FedEx, tracked it and my phones are in Memphis with overnight shipping expected to arrive 9/25 before 3pm I originally had 10/7 date card was charged last night, I'm excited still haven't gotten a email or anything from Verizon but who cares ☺
