Still haven't gotten past this page -- is anybody else trying to log in or am I the only one?

nope, not the only one!! See the past several posts....evidently we HAVE the reservation, but we can't USE the reservation!

I have this feeling I am going to be up at 3AM again trying to order -- just like this morning......

I have an order for a 6 Plus 64gb, gold, ATT through Apple's site last night. I also have a reservation during the fiasco around 12:30 am where I couldn't get gold so clicked silver.
That reservation is for Sept 19 and it's currently for my second line.

The order is for Oct 1-6 (my main line).

ADDED: I am on the reservation site - and if I change the color it says available to ship in 3-4 weeks. Available for pickup - visit an apple store on the 19th. That doesn't make sense, but I gather that if I can go into the store that day, I could get it then, reserved for me.

I guess I'll have to wait on the Apple line to get this straightened out.

iphone 6+ 128 gig

I received a message that my iphone 6+ 128 gig will be shipped sometime during the following dates:

10/13/14 - 10/22/14*

I thought I was getting this on the 19th.

For the people who actually got their orders through using the reserved phone system: Does your order still say Processing on the Orders page when you check it?

Where are you seeing this message? Have you already ordered your phone?

My order still says processing and i placed it early this morning for 9/19 delivery but i think that is the shipping stage before it is listed as preparing to ship, then finally shipped

so, guys, can we figure a way to use the reservation code for a different line on the same account?

i.e., I have a reservation for 9/19 delivery on line A, but would rather use it on line B. However, that is not possible with apple.com. So, do you guys think any of the following is feasible.

1. Order the iphone with the reservation code for 9/19 delivery on line A, and then when it arrives go to the apple store, return it and have them resell it to me with an upgrade on line B

2. When the iphone on line A arrives, call ATT and have them do a cross transfer upgrade?

The key point is to keep line A's upgrade eligibility. I don't want to use it up. I would rather use it on line B.

Yea. When I first put in the order it was "We've received your order" and it's been on "Processing items" for a while.

Though I have no idea whether completing the reservation actually went through or not.

I believe a cross transfer upgrade would still use line A's upgrade, but just activate it as line B. So, I think you need to go with #1 if possible.

I got a credit card auth from Apple.com showing up on my AMEX card so I would take that to mean the order went through, I would check that.

I think I remember from when I preordered the iPhone 5, it didn't change from processing to shipping until a day or two before release date.

well, I just found out that I cannot return an online iphone purchase at the retail store.

So annoying. Never gets past:

We are currently experiencing high volumes and may require up to 2 minutes to process your request.

We have an iphone but cannot reach your carrier, for the umpteenth time.

B601 for me. Just got both emails since I pre ordered 2 6+. One 64gb and one 16gb. Delivered by 9/19. ****in awesome.

I asked on chat about the pick up option, they said it's not available. also I couldn't click on it so i figured they were right.

This definitely sounds familiar to me. Not too sure if this is still the policy. I'm betting that it is. Quite annoying.

"And if you need to return an online order, bring it to an Apple Retail Store and we’ll take it from there." From the Apple site.

What you can't do is return an Apple-branded product that you bought from Best Buy, etc.
i recall an issue reported here where one store gave someone trouble but he found another one quickly that would take the return.

I got this message after attempting to order around 1:45 am. Was really skeptical but got an email from Apple around 8:45 am to complete my order. My account now shows order being processed with a delivery date of 9/19.

Read down a little further on that page and it plainly says a iPhone ordered from the online store can not be returned to a retail store. I didn't know it either. I was going to take mine and get them to return it and then rebuy it under a different number. That's not going to work though.

Any idea if it just has to be postmarked on the 14th day or actually get back to apple by then?

I got the second message to complete my order, but I don't want to risk canceling my order. Right now I'm in the 7-10 business day boat and my reservation number starts with b101...... It's tempting.
