iPad mini Who will be lining up for the iPad mini?

should have went in the morning, i went late (12pm) and they only had 32gb...
was looking for the 64, but i had to 'settle' ;)
 
Reports are saying that the line crowd will be smaller for the iPad Mini.. in Sydney, Australia they stated that only 50 people were waiting outside the Apple Store when they opened!

I'm going to the Apple Store at 4am today to see if there is a line!

is this still confirmed?? I can't believe apple wouldn't have any available for launch day!

edit: just called and apple confirmed no apple store will have cellular versions today! GRRR.

I was in the Sydney line as seen from the video posted. An hour before the store opened I would say the line only expanded to 20 people. You probably don't need to go that early. Then again maybe Aussies aren't as into gadgets.
 
Just left Westfield Stratford and mini 16 gb wifi is sold out... Still have 32's though
 
Just came back from the retailer store in Nijmegen, NL. No people waiting, but store opened 1 hour earlier than usual so I may have missed the queue. 16GB out of stock but they'll get a delivery this afternoon with plenty of 16GB. Only black for the moment, white has not been shipped.

BTW, I tried the mini for 20 minutes and I was impressed. I did not expect it to be this cool. Ordered it IMMEDIATELY.
 
Only a short line at Hamburg Apple Store (Jungfernstieg), in and out in 20 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes after the store opened. They seemed to have plenty available in all capacities. Not sure about the white, though.
I wanted (and bought) a black&slate, 16GB.
It replaces my slowly dying iPad1 and the first impression is great. So light, and, coming from gen1, the speed bump is great and screen is just fine for me as well.
 
You people are nuts!! It's 1 1/2 year old tech wrapped up in a smaller body with a new port. That's it!!! Nothing special about it.
 
In line at Masonville in London. They just announced they wouldn't have any white iPad Minis for sale at 8am. They have black and white iPad 4's but only black iPad Minis.

Line is maybe 30 deep as of 7:15am. First guys got here at 5:30am.

Edit: Just heard from security guard that a load of white iPad Minis just got delivered.

Best Buy in montreal told me they only have 64gb blacks and its the same for the future shop here. Marche Central location.
