No,
In my experience 9/10 iPhone 6s Plus' I have seen have this blemish. I am not saying he doesn't have it but, it is plausible. My 3rd iPhone 6s Plus doesnt have it.

Photos attached. I am sure someone will claim they can see it in my images :p Also note that I have an antiglare screen protector on.
I don't think I see it. Is it a newer phone production wise?

Wow, I didn't know this was a common issue. I don't really check out this forum that much, but I posted a picture of my defect over at S4GRU that I had on my 64 GB 6S+ that I received on 9/28.

See below:

I even went into an Apple Store and showed them the spot and they agreed to send me a replacement ASAP. They had to ship one so it took a few days, and in the meantime I decided to just return my device to Sprint and switch to Verizon, so I called the store and canceled my replacement from Apple. My new one from Verizon doesn't have this spot - and trust me I examined it extensively. It seems pretty common, but definitely not something that every Plus has.

Definitely what I have seen on every 6S+ I laid my hands on.

I have seen a few now, and haven't seen one without it yet. But they do vary in intensity. To be perfectly honest, it looks really minor in your picture, and if everything else was okay with it, and if it had the TSMC chip, I doubt I would be looking to return it. Mine has it, but less than the picture you posted. On a bright screen it all but disappears (which is why checking it in a shop may be a challenge if you don't lower the brightness). On a dim screen it is there, but my eye is never drawn to it unless I look for it. Without this thread, I would never have noticed and I AM fussy. What gets to me the most is colour shifts across the screen...I simply cannot handle that issue at all. I struggled with bad luck in previous purchases with yellow tints on part of the screen...and that was simply unacceptable to me.

Could you share the production week and factory of your current iPhone? have you checked if it has the Samsung or the TSMC A9 chip?

Your screen looks perfect to me ! (holy grail I guess...)

Had the same issue with my iPhone 6S Plus 64GB here in Greece. Production week 40 with Samsung A9 chip. Returned it to the carrier and waiting for replacement.

Production Week 41 & it has a Samsung.
My third iPhone 6s Plus 128gb (gold) is a 41 week Samsung as well, but it has the blemish on the inferior left corner, the gray area on the top part and the blueish edges on both sides... it's the best of the three that I've tried tho... The first one had the blemish and the yellow tint (week 38) and the second one had half screen yellow and the other half blue (week 42)...

You're right... but this year's tolerance level is beyond the usual reality distortion field!
As somebody who upgraded the iPhone each year beginning with the 3GS I should say that this time around the situation is no different, no better or worse than the other years! Each year I had to go through multiple exchanges due to various reasons. The only time I did not do that was with my very first iPhone (3GS). I knew nothing about all this stuff back then (Apple multi sourcing, defects, lottery, luck, genius bar, etc). I sold it to a friend of mine when the 4 was released. It's funny how some time later I took a look at that phone when my friend had to show me something on it. The screen looked dreadful! It was so uneven with a horrendous color shift from yellow to blue! I was like wow! I lived with that phone for a year and was extremely thrilled with it!
Buying an iPhone is a pure lottery! It has always been like this, still is, and always will be as long as Apple sells millions of them.

So what you say is that it's okay if I keep playing this cat and mouse game until the day I finally get an iPhone I'm happy with ? Cause there are people around here that would say I'm crazy to do that kind of thing...

I guess...
You either keep exchanging until you get a decent unit or just rerun for a refund and move on with your life.

You have to have some sort of tolerance when buying Apple products or you will drive yourself crazy....

I don't know what you're talking about. The 6s+ is the only time I had to swap more than once to get a phone, iPad or iPod with no noticeable issues.
I'm on my fourth one and it still has a slight blemish on the bottom left.

What I mean is no Apple product is 100% perfect...it's just not. Its all subjective as some people are more anal than others when it comes to their products. Tolerance is...well just what are you willing to live with. Your on your fourth one and guess what your fifth, sixth, seventh and so on will all have the same problem if not more issues because they apparently haven't changed the manufacturing yet to resolve it. Its not a screen problem, its how they are putting them together or else it wouldn't be on the same exact spot on every 6S+ phone. I have seen a number of these and they all have it to some degree. Some look very obvious and some more faint and can only see when scrolling. More power to you if you keep playing the return game but at the end of the day it will more than likely yield the same result.

Im thinking having the screen replaced at the store may be the solution since they would take more time to check it.

Possibly...however if they are going to just put the new screen on the same way they are in the factory than it won't make a difference. What it looks like is almost the screen is not spaced high enough on the chassis and something is pressing up against it (sort of like pressing your finger hard against a lcd tv or computer screen). Because this blemish is in the exact same location for these leads you to believe its not the screen itself its whats behind it. My launch day unit had it very bad but I had returned it for some other reason and now my new one its so faint it doesn't catch my eye at all, practically unnoticeable at the brightness I keep it at. Good luck to you and if you do get it done keep us posted on what they say.

I too have the pressure blemish on the bottom left on my iPhone 6s Plus. I did not notice it until i read a couple of forums about this issue. Out of all the issues I've read about concerning the 6s plus with drop frame rates, lag, over heating, chipgate, I have not experience any of those except for the pressure blemish. However its so little and minor that no way am I going to replace my TSMC chip 6s Plus over a blemish. I'll live!

I checked out another Apple Store the other day and all 6s plus on demo has it in some way lol. I say just keep the one that is less noticeable and wait it out. No point of multiple exchanges.

Has anyone been into an Apple store this week and seen if things are getting any better?
I tested a 6s+ at my local apple store, and I didn't see the spot there. There are definitely some that don't have this blemish.
