Well you can add me to the list of people who are disappointed with their Wrapsol Ultra. I opened up mine today to find that a couple of the side pieces were actually stuck to the front and back pieces (the sides pieces had come off of their backing). The front and back pieces had a bit of adhesive on them, they appeared to be chewed up along the edges and around the cutouts and there were scuffs/markings all over them. I put the front and back on anyway and it's air bubble city, but I'll give it a day or two to see if those go away (I will work out as many as I can with the squeegee too). The cuts are definitely a bit off too as the front and back pieces are a little short even if you line up the cutouts perfectly.

I hate to say it but I think I'll be asking for a refund on these. I had high hopes too:(. Looks like I'll be waiting for PowerSupport to come out with their protectors since I've always had great success with them.

There is no clarity effected, at all, once it dries. I love my Power Support/SGP crystals. But there really is no difference here, as long as you don't get thumbprints or anything on during the install. Make sure your fingertips are very wet and clean!

The sides are exposed because I didn't work them around, for the most part. Heck, it's completely stretchy so you can cover it if you would like. I didn't want to do that. But like I said, the sim tray and dock connector could be better.

And please don't quote the pictures!! No need to see them multiple times throughout the thread.

Are fingerprint more visible with the Wrapsol applied? or is it the same amount as having the screen naked?

So I'm confused, does the orig 'wet install' version with the matte back come with a matte front as well- or is it crystal clear like the PS crystal film? I want the matte back with a crystal screen protector.

Sorry, but what's the point of putting the device into a 'box'? Yes, it is one of the most modern phones now, but it will still become an old piece of metal and glass quite quickly, why don't you just use it as it was designed? Enjoy the beauty of the thing while it is actual, while it is modern.
If you use a 'coat' for it, you will someday buy a next phone and find that you have never actually experienced the old one properly and you need to throw it away, but it does not even have a scratch on it? :)
IMAO - If you buy it - use it as is!

Thanks for the lecture. Perhaps you can leave, never to return now.

People are discussing cases and protective methods in the ACCESSORIES forum. Quite a concept, eh?

I just apply mine, took around 2 hours. Had to reapply many time on the back cause i am horrible. End up with a few dirt grain under the bubbles. Overall it look really dirty and horrible right now. But everyone said it will clear out eventually so still hope. Biggest problem for me right now is the front film, it is not exact cut it too short on the front i have a bout .5 inch gap from the top on the front even with the bumper on. And the ear piece and the front camera does not align because the front film was a bit short, the home button is fine though. On the instruction it said to stretch it out, not sure if it meant to stretch out when u applying it or when it applied and u use the squeeze to stretch. So my screen now covering a bit of the camera not entirely still works. Anyone have similar problem in the front?

Yes, once it is dry you can stretch it out with your thumbs. It will still be very flexible, but not enough where it will just come off casually.

I just did this a few minutes ago. Thought I'd give it a shot and boom, it worked itself out.

I wish I could use it like that, but I am really really really poor so I can't afford new phone, with protection I can increase my phone resale value to buy new one.

I think some people love the features more than the design. So they want to protect it. Also they want to keep it looking nice if they pass it down or resell it. I'm this way too.

I just notice my wrapsol front have imprint of the instruction diagram on it and a big stretch mark. I have been trying to rub it out but it look like it underneath the screen. Anyone got imprint underneath the screen or on top?

Are you sure your supposed to stretch it out when's its completely dry or when its still wet?

I don't want to ruin my skin and have to reapply it.

I got my shipping confirm today so it's on the way. I'm still on the fence. If I try it on and don't like it can I get a refund? I want to like it but am unsure with all the up and down reviews here.

I ordered mine yesterday and I am on the fence now as well, but it sounds like they are being very good about issuing refunds if you are not completely satisfied. At least I hope so, because if this is not better than the IS I will be going with another option, there are cheaper options, but I went with this product because I understand it is the best of it's kind, I hope I am not disappointed.

Can't decide if I Should go ahead and order a BSE just incase this doesnt work out.

What you guys suggest to do to clean the imprints and words marking? It seem mine is underneath the skin I couldn't clean it. Look realllly bad

Ok I went back and took out my wrapsol and running underwater and scrubbing it to get rid of the imprint and texts. Reapplied it and it still noticeably there but a bit better than before. Also this time I stretch the front and it fit now . Hopefully the texts will go away. But I don't see how it would go away by itself underneath the screen.

Give it a couple of days. If it still looks bad, email Wrapsol and get a replacement, it seems like they are being really good about making things right, and that says a lot about a company.

I am willing to give them a try and pay a little more over the other companies just for this reason, I hope I don't regret it.

For anyone looking for a substitute while all these different companies sort out their problems, I found some front + back protectors on ebay.

2 sets for $3.99
(but ships from Hong Kong)
or $7.95 from USA

They might not be stellar, but it's something to have for the time being for those who don't want BSE's orange peel. These are the static cling type films.

I'm upset about the Wrapsol dilemma too.

Call them for a free replacement. The first batch they sent is junk!

I called about my lack of a confirmation email. They are overwhelmed with orders. They promised to send my confirmation by this afternoon and I should expect delivery by tomorrow.
