Wrapsol for iPhone 4- Ultra or regular?

I had email them at a few hours ago at support@wrapsol.com, no reply so I call up customer support number and everything settle, really great customer support

Contrary to recent posts in this thread, I'm super hyped about the Wrapsol Original and the excellent customer support I've seen here has encouraged me to keep faith, although I'll admit that I am concerned that shipping to the states from the UK and back will be costly.

I have the bumper with wrapsol on right now with side strips applied. I have the iphone bumperless for a while for wrapsol film to chill out before putting on the bumper. Because after applying the wrapsol and put on the bumper, the bumper tend to push up the films. Right now it really tight and feel a bit fat than normal no quishy.
I thought the bumper fit fine over the Ultra if you only use the front and back pieces?
You're saying it was more snug BEFORE you applied the Wrapsol? Should be the exact opposite, no?
Well, I am wondering if the skin is causing the rubber sides of the bumber to get stretched out farther then they normally would. I am thinking that maybe its too snug on the sides, and thats causing certain areas of the bumber to not fit correctly.
I was thinking that maybe the non-ultra might be better.
My bumper has always had some give on the corners, not a tight fit. i'm hoping the film will make it more snug.
Got my Ultra today. Showed up in a mess like the others. Sides sticking to the other protectors, front and back all scratched up, text transfered to the front protector. Install is fairly easy but one thing I don't like is trying to squeegee out the bubbles. When trying to squeegee or use the microfiber to push the bubbles out to the side the film actually stretches out toward the side. The sides of the front look crappy almost like they are coming up, but I'll see how it looks in 24 hours. I'll still need a replacement because of the text transfer and there are scratches ON THE PROTECTOR not on the back. Very disappointed.
That said, I am very impressed with the customer service I'm hearing about. The fact that I get to keep this protector in place and they will just ship me a new one is a great move. I've been using the phone rarely, worrying about scratches until the Wrapsol came. I'd hate to put this thing on then just have to take it off and wait AGAIN. I'll email support and give wrapsol a chance.

I did manage to put the ruined back piece on my iphone to try it, i do believe once they fix the issue this will be the best film out there for the iphone, the dry install was a breeze, and no bubbles...i think this product will be amazing eventually

Ultra arrived today. Opened up the box. No side pieces, just front and back. And as usual, there are imprints on the adhesive sides of the films. Kinda disappointed, emailed them for replacement, hopefully that arrives soon.
Did put the front/back films on, lots of mini air bubbles, which should supposedly disappear within 12-24 hours.
So, question for you guys. I did want to keep this phone as close to naked as possible, which is why I went with film. If this full-body film protection were to not work out, what is the next level? Minimalistic cases like the Incipio Feather?

Wow I really hope that I get a good set of films, I ordered the Original which I haven't heard of too many problems with... so I'm hoping!
Although I will say that shipping is very slow on these buggers (not wrapsols fault really) Mine shipped today and it is not supposed to be delivered until the 7th, over a week in transit. That seems really long to me, especially when the shipping was not what I would consider cheap for a simple skin. ($5) It is just not what I expected.

I received my Ultra today and was NOT happy to open the package. A black smudge on the front, text stuck on the adhesive side of the film, and a completely misaligned cut for one of the side piece for the SIM tray. I've already fired an e-mail off to support so hopefully they'll get back to me ASAP. Pretty disappointed after waiting so long for it.
So seems like the consensus here is that those who got original got good films and everyone with the Ultras got bad sets? I am getting my Ultra today and will see how it is.

I received my Ultra skins yesterday and noticed that I have deep scratches and text transferred on both sets as well.
I have also emailed support to ask about a replacement, and I am hoping they can replace with the Original skins, since those seem to be suffering from fewer issues.
Disappointing, but at least it sounds like Wrapsol are responding to everyone's issues.

Received my ultra yesterday with many of the same problems everyone else is having. Going to just request a refund...
