Got my Wrapsol in today - all scuffed up and the text from the instructions imprinted on it. Already put in my warranty request. Not happy about having to wait another week for attempt #2.

Wrapsol doesn't require a new kit if installed improperly. Just pull it up, wash it off, and reinstall. You're golden.
Well, I owe everyone here an apology. I said I would post pics but don't have a camera to do so, although I might try using my sony phone to take some viable pics.
On the other hand, anyone with the Wrapsol original have a bumper on? If so can we get pics? And how snug is the iphone now in the dock? I know there's been previous posts but now that ppl are installing their kits I'm hoping we can see more of this.

The new batch DID go out yesterday. I should have my replacement later.
Excited to have a chance to see the fixed sides. You've seen my pictures. Seems like even with a perfect set of films, there's much room for error and some can't install it properly.

Well my Wrapsol Ultra is supposed to arrive in a few hours, I'll let you guys know what's the deal.
So.......Here's my next beef with Wrapsol. My order shipped out yesterday, but was not overnighted. It will be a week before I get a replacement. How are they determining who gets standard shipping and who gets overnight service??? Seems like people are getting treated differently!
Same deal here....i live in CA so i wont be getting my replacement till mid next week....oh well at least its free.
I ordered mine on June 28th and it shipped the next day (I got standard shipping) I just got it today and applied it. The side pieces are actually cut very well and there's no letter transfer. I'm gonna let it sit for those 48 hours and see what happens but I just tried to put the bumper on, it didn't fit well at all. The keys are way less tactile, I'll let the Wrapsol adhere and dry first though before trying on the bumper again.
UPDATE: It's been about 14 hrs since I installed Wrapsol Ultra with the above results. I have but one tiny bubble on the back and it's close enough to the cutout for the camera that I think it will either disappear on its own or I can massage it to that corner and be done with it. I was pleasantly surprised because I started with a really rough set of films from a bashed-up package where most of the components in the box were stuck together. I am not entirely thrilled but it looks hella better than it did last night so the advice to let it rest so the bubbles dissipate is spot on.

I just got my replacement skin and the quality control is HUGELY IMPROVED.
instead of the front skin being on one plastic sheet that you peel from, each front and back is on their own separate backing separated in its baggy by what looks like a piece of nylon fabric. and the side pieces are in way better shape from the last version, also looks like the side pieces cover up the black antenna strips as well
Wrapsol, you guys did really good. Now I could've just given up on you guys, but you listened to your customers and you did right by them. Can't wait to get home and put these on.

I noticed this too. Luckily the dents are not on the skin itself but on the stiff plastic that it is mounted on. the skin itself is smooth.
I wish I could say the same. E-mails have gone unanswered, so I called and was directed by the CSR to do the warranty thing on their website. Did that a couple of days ago and haven't received any response, shipping info, etc.
Only problem I have with these is that there are little rainbow lines in the middle of my screen.

I got my replacement in and it looks much better. I'm just curious it looks like it's missing some side pieces? Its the same as the one pictured in this thread
edit: They just took the small piece between the volume buttons out. Vastly improved. Thanks Wrapsol! I actually called in around 3 pm yesterday from Texas and it was here at my door step at 12 pm today! Excellent customer service.

Is the look of my front film normal? The picture quality is pretty bad, had to take it on my old 3GS. Sorry it's so obnoxiously large, I'm trying to show as much detail as I can with a crap camera.
Seems like there's too much oddness under the film. Also, I notice it has a ripple effect. Is it possible I beat it up too much reapplying it?
Lastly, any suggestions for the parts around the camera and ear speaker? They don't seem to be staying down.

Do not use the rubber thingie you will beat yourself up after the marks it leaves. Use a credit card.

I just received two replacement sets today. The quality control is much higher than the one I received last week! Looks like I'll be returning my BSE when it gets here someday.
One question here, did you go through the replacement application process twice since you need two replacement? I needed two replacement as well. However, when I got the package today there was only one replacement. I called Wrapsol right away, the gentlemen said I had to go through the replacement process twice since I need two! I told them that nobody told this when I was calling them. Anyway, I just went to their website and reordered one for my wife. Yes. The replacement looks much better than the first one. However, what a terrible purchasing experience is this. I would rather buy from bestbuy nexttime than going through this.
