So I got the sorry side pieces and prints on mine. I installed it anyways. I hope all the bubbles disappear tomorrow. When I used the original on my 3G it was only several hours and came out great. The side piece by the headphones doesn't have a cut out for the mic(or it wouldn't come out).
While the film itself doesn't look crystal clear, it doesn't have much orange peel either. It's a good balance. I think I'd still prefer the power support version though.

I got my wrapsol ultra today. And they are all stuck together, and crooked!!
Does anyone know how I get a refund. The wrapsol website has nothing on how to get a refund. I do not want a replacement, I just want a refund at this point.

Correct.... one of the pieces had a piece of dust or something already sandwiched in it...when you look at the film you can still see the poor quality and lines...
I tried to snap pics but with a clear film its hard.. I am so ticked off it is unbelievable .... Why sell it if you cant get the damn thing correct???????
My replacement came today and the films were missing from the package. I'll order one more replacement before getting a refund.
fyi, id just like to say that I received an Ultra last Wednesday, the backing was scuffed up but it installed fine and looked great after a day of curing.
I also received an Original today, installed in half the time with wet install, packaging was perfect and matte looks awesome.

So I sent an email and got nothing. Called then they told me to fill out the form online. Then a day after filling out the form I get shipping confirmation. They shipped it ground and won't get it until next Wednesday. I see people are still getting bad replacements and I now just discovered the back film I have installed now screws up the camera flash. Anybody else have flash trouble with the ultra? If my replacement is crap, I just might snap. This is ridiculous. Whatever reputation they've had in the past has gone to crap.

Opened the package to do the install and was just disappointed. The front and back protectors had lines/scratches on them. The skins had bubbles on the clear material they were placed on. Requested my refund. The lady (who was very nice) said they'll process it on Tuesday. Kind of sucks since I had high hopes on this based on their previous products and everyones recommendations. So now looking through these threads to see what else other people recommend that I should try now.

I was told they would overnight it awhile ago. I just got mine today. My guess is they recalled the bad batches and shipped out new batches yesterday.
I had emailed wrapsol today asking about notifications, and the response I got was that they're shipping it today. But I didnt receive any real "shipping" notification
well, got my 2 orders of Ultra in and they both had the same problems as addressed here in the thread. Hope they can ship a new batch on Tuesday. The one thing Im not to sure I like is the fact it doesnt have a home button cover. The phone was nice and smooth and now has a slight lip where the home button is cut out. Maybe they can add it?

Call them tomorrow asking for tracking number, they will email you or call you. It faster if you call them instead of email.

All kidding aside, if their adhesive leaves any residue on my precious, I will lose my mind. Didn't seem to as I repositioned the poorly cut side pieces A MILLION TIMES, but, anyone have any word on this?
