(This is not a ps job, it’s an actual device.)

As for the triple lens thing.. I like it! Not every device has to be for everyone, if they’re really emphasising the camera spec on this model it makes sense that it (maybe) looks very camera-ish!

If they are trying to make their renders look realistic why would they add those white accent circles around the lenses? Apple wants to make them as invisible as possible especially on a dark colored phone, so adding a white circle around them makes no sense. I understand it's just an artist mockup, but would be nice if they thought it through a little more.

This is the best they can come up with?
You mean without being accused of copying other designs that are maybe not any nicer?

I don’t like the look of the iPhone from these leaks. I definitely will be keeping my XS Max until 2020.

Personally I don’t consider looks when buying an iPhone. I’m more interested in what features/capabilities it has.

While this large camera square seems a little odd to me (proportions look weird) in comparison to previous iPhones, it’s nothing that will influence my decision to buy.

Guess the question that remains is whether or not the cams are in a raised unit or individuals flush with the body. Hope it’s the later.

Third-party case renders for Apple's 2019 OLED iPhone lineup appeared on Slashleaks this morning. The images match previous alleged leaks suggesting the successor devices to the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will feature rear triple-lens cameras in a triangular array and housed within a square bump.

Case manufacturers often create renders of iPhones ahead of their debut in order to be the first to come out with accessories for the newly launched devices. These kinds of leaks are often accurate because there's a lot of money at stake, but that's not to say there can sometimes be costly errors.

These case images come with no accompanying information, so there's no way to know for sure whether or not the design accurately portrays what Apple's 2019 OLED iPhones will look like. However, The Wall Street Journal has confirmed that Apple is planning on introducing a triple-lens camera system in at least one of the new iPhones coming this year. In addition, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has said both the 5.8 and 6.5-inch OLED iPhones will feature triple-lens rear camera setups with a 12-megapixel telephoto lens, a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 12-megapixel super wide-angle lens.

We don't yet know what Apple will call the new iPhones, but "iPhone XI" or "iPhone 11" are possibilities for the iPhone XS successors.

Gosh all smartphones really have stagnated.

the 3 lens cameras are just like Samsung S10 cameras (catching up), one regular, one telephoto and the third one is wide lens..
except Samsung placed them elegantly at center, and not likd a weird out of place eye patch.
Eye patch lol good one

after all the naming chaos....bet they go with iPhone Pro (available in two sizes) and iPhone.

I still have my trusty iPhone 7 but am getting ready, finally, for an upgrade... but to what? I’m not feeling it for these nasty-looking square bump thingys.

Jony, tell me this isn’t your work.

This may be the first time I upgrade to something less than the newest version of a device.

As a travel photog who uses an iphone almost exclusively these days, I couldn’t care less how it looks. I am just excited about having 3 lenses.

Hide this picture from Tim, you might give him some ideas. Maybe next year they will put more lenses on the front too.

It looks extremely fugly. The iPhone 8 design was the last decent one.

What would the right design that isn't "HIDEOUS" look like? Once again, it's a rectangle, a screen, and some cameras. If they were all in a straight line, would it then be correct? Real question, not sticking up for the design.

do they really expect to sell this ugly thing?
At their prices?

Design wise also the XR is not bad.
I think the multi-cameras in the phone are the problem.

Wow that's an ugly looking camera. I'd rather have a thicker device and it sit flush within the case rather than it bulging out like that. Looks like I'll be staying with my XS for a while
