Haha samsung's software? Groundbreaking? That's funny.
The device isn't even out yet, you don't know if it lags.
God why are there so many trolls these days.
Something I do on a daily basis is listen to music on youtube, live versions and niche stuff I can't find anywhere else. Already on my Note 2 I can do this while reading an eBook, surfing the web, messaging or whatever, by simply activating the splitscreen mode. This kind of functionality is why I bought my first non-iPhone this spring.
And, on the Note 3, splitscreen is even better. Now we'll be able to for instance open a messaging partition on the screen, and pull pictures, text clips, links or whatever from a web page straight into a message. Aside from that, they've added some quite incredible text recognition for handwriting, where you can add handwritten text or numbers directly into the address book, an e-mail or whatever you like, and a Scrapbook where you can highlight any part of a webpage and save the content in a searchable interface, complete with metadata that lets you access the originating site later on.
This is all stuff that I consider both useful and fun, and quite groundbreaking if you compare it to the "new" stuff on iOS7's repertoire. And how can I say that these functions won't lag on the Note 3? Well, the original splitscreen mode is perfectly smooth already on the considerably less powerful Note 2. And no lag is visible on any of the hands-on videos already out, and has not been reported by any tech sites that have tested the Note 3.
You go ahead and call people "trolls" all you like, that hurt tone only makes you sound like you're not really confident in what you're saying.
