I'll bounce this stupid line up right into the lake.

This is the worst iPod line up ever. I Seriously hate it. The style sucks.

And I'm allowed to say that.

************************************************************

Apple had a good thing going with the prev. Nano , the watch idea. They could have paved the way for wearable computing. It was a clear path, a hit and a run ......then a walk ?? WTF ???

Bummed out for Apple right now

Good to see that Apple hasn't forgotten how to advertise, and make people still go 'That was cool..."

Looks like the Silver and Black iPod touch are the coolest colors since they barely showed that glimpse at the end.

This ad is a "meh" IMO. Just shows that iPod can be tossed and bounced. And you know someone will try to do that and the iPod will break and it'll make front page news.

I am preparing my class action lawsuit right now as my ipod did not bounce and reproduce itself into dozens of different colored ipods.

So the add basically centres around how great and amazing it is to have the Apple product in a rangE of great vibrant colours giving the consumer the choice of what colour they would love to own.

So why must an iPhone or iPad only ever be Black or White?

Why does this choice of colour not apply to Apple phones/tablets?

Other brands have, do, and will offer phones in a variety of colours.

i wish this was the iPhone design instead! the white on red or blue one <3

i like this ad, at least its not talking down on me in a pixar voice trying to explain to me how panorama mode or a camera on a phone works like im a 6 year old

Like it. The Feist (Leslie Feist) ad is still my favorite though.

I had not discovered her until that ad.

I love it, they finally went back to the simpler, more abstract style that they introduced with the original silhouette iPod ads. I prefer this to the ones where the guy with a deep voice speaks about stuff. They're good too, but these ones are just more fun to watch and more artistic, they depict a general feeling rather than a word-by-word analysis of features.

… that's my advert analysis for today :)

I like this ad. Not as good as my favorite iPod ad (the one with the fratellis song), but it's better than I expected.

Also not my favorite line up. I don't really like the white/random color combination. If they used black instead of white, they would be looking alright, I think.
I'm also sorry for the nano. The watch idea was brilliant and there were several times I thought about buying one, but I kind of hoped they wouldn't update the nano but lower the price instead. For under 100 EUR I would have bought one. But it's actually even more expensive now. For a music player that has no other legitimate uses other than playing music and showing me what music it plays it's waaay to much. I mean, no one, NO ONE is watching a movie on this thing.

It looks like a commercial from 10 years ago. (and those are even better then this)

But its not only the commercial the iPod just looks outdated.
They look like cheap chinees knockoffs of something better.

But its the same with the iPhone 5 and some other products that came out.
I don't know whats going on at Apple's headquarters but these product lines and their commercials really suck.

It feels like Apple doesn't know which road to take anymore.
I've got a MacBook Pro, iPhone 4, iPad 2 at the moment. Of course they are different products but the look of the designs are way out of balance. Joining this Nokiapod with a home button isn't making things look better.
