Nobody has anymore voice than anyone else. The system is not unbalanced. "Balance" is irrelevent because the forefathers knew there would NEVER be balance. The system gives the NATION a voice, but you just want PARTS of the nation to have a voice.

Let's be honest. The only reason why you don't like the electoral college, is because you don't understand it, what a republic is, and because your guy lost. If Trump would have gotten the popular vote, and Hillary would have won by the EC, you'd thank whatever it is you believe in.

I'm glad our nation isn't ruled by a mass of people who collect on the coast lines.

OH! "More money = more voice" HUH? Strange seeing as though everyone thought Hillary was going to win because all but a handful of media outlets were with her, most of Hollywood is with her, and a ton of progressive companies ran by filthy rich CEOs...

Please educate yourself rather than spewing this hate filled ****.

Apple is a corporation with social responsibility, among other responsibilities. They employ 100,000+ people worldwide and a strong portion will be affected in some way by political agenda, therefore Apple is right to speak up on behalf of their staff. Apple is also a progressive company, rather than a hate filled ignorant one, so if you don't like it then you have the choice to buy into another company's ecosystem.

Transgender people are only asking to be treated as equals. Gender dysphoria is recognised and respected in the medical field, it is not what you describe. Perhaps you'd like to be treated as an outsider from now on and learn a few lessons.

I fully understand it and I have been saying the EC is an outdated system *WAY* before this past election. I even said it before voting for Obama and after both of his wins.

Welp, get used to us we aren't going away. We will win with you kicking and screaming. You are on the wrong side of history. Transgender is protected from discrimination in many states and in the future nationally.

I am proud to be a customer of a company who speaks up for the rights of others, especially their employees.

With all your hate it's only a question of time before you are on the receiving end of a lawsuit or fired from a job. After that maybe you will finally learn to stop treating others with blind hatred. Of course, maybe you could always start now.

You need to look up the definition of landslide. Hint: if they can all fit into one single major football stadium (with room to spare!), it's not a landslide.

I think you will find that Foxconn pays quite above average wages in China. And you will also find that these wages have gone up by several hundred percent since Apple started having phones built in China. Wages in China are relative to living cost in China.

If you took what someone makes in the USA working full time at McDonald's, who cannot save a penny while still living with their parents, then someone in China who comes from a little village and moves to Shanghai for two years could save most of that money and return to their village as a rich man.

Landslide ?! He earned 56.5% of the total EC votes and lost the popular vote by 3 million! Maybe you should look up the data and see how it wasn't a landslide at all. A landslide would be the 1980 and 1984 elections.

All the polls at that time said there was a large chance that she would win, all the way to Vegas betting odds. It was _NEVER_ 100% chance. Just like the 508 : 1 chance you will get a flush in poker. Most of the time you are going to be lucky to get a pair. But sometimes the stars align.

And who makes those consumer products? Employees who just happen to be people, human beings! And some of those people will be directly affected by this order, some will be equally outraged by the crass removing of rights of their colleagues. If we all just stick to our own little silos then democracy is already dead. It only works properly if we're all engaged, all of the time.

No, a creep can _pretend_ to identify as the opposite sex. But then you have your risk assessments completely wrong. As a woman, there is no need to be afraid of transgender women in the bathroom. What you should be afraid of (if you are afraid), is men being dressed as men. Do you think a predatory man would dress up as a woman to get his kicks from the lady's bathroom? No, he will be dressed as a man and either spike her drink or wait in a dark alley.

And what the **** do you think a transgender woman would feel if she has to go to the men's bathroom? What do I (male) think when a transgender woman turns up in my bathroom (not that I care much, but I would think it's weird). Sorry but math isn't a "whatever" issue. Either something is historically a large number or it's a small number. If you think less than a football stadium is a landslide, wow...what do you call it when someone wins by a million or more? I know Trump supporters like their "alternative facts" but come on.
