If your credit card limit can bear the hit, I’d let it ride and immediately return the extras to the store, if there is one nearby. Perhaps calling will allow them to change the order without affecting the ship date. The worst they can do is tell you no if you call and ask (I live by this motto. )

Well - I think I ordered one from AT&T: 44mm Stainless Steel, White Sport Band (I already have tons of bands).

I don't yet have an email about it - and trying to check on that order # doesn't work... so I'm going to cross my fingers and hope that tomorrow something shows that I've ordered it!

I wish they allowed you to at least change the color of the band, if not the entire band itself. I already have a white sports band with a stainless steel pin, along with many other bands. Getting a new band that I don't already have would've been nice but oh well.

That’s not what I’m showing. I’m showing that _all_ the stainless models are shipping either September 28 at the earliest or October 5. I pre-ordered within the second store went live and I was already predicted September 28 ship date.

Maybe the date slipped. When I ordered, sport bands were the 21st and metal bands were the Oct 5th. Ordered one of each. I already have a stainless band. I'll use it with whichever comes first and the other goes back.

Yeah - I agree. Luckily I don't have the white sports band yet... so it's not doubling me up... but I also would rather have others.

At this point I'd like a $25 discount to get one without a band.

Also, having to update my address/payment info, plus being kicked out and having to verify my login twice... that ruined my in-store pickup. I had it selected, but by the time I jumped through hoops I was forced to take delivery between Oct 5 and 12. Ugh.

I Purchased my 44 black stainless the second the website went live, and I was also predicted a September 28 – October 2 delivery. I agree the stainless Models must not have an immediate ship date from what I can see.

Keep in mind that (with this kind of scheduling anyway), Apple has a track record of under-promising and over-delivering. Could end up getting it sooner.

Dates are slipping quick for the watches. iPhones are still good for the 21st delivery.

Very true. The times I have been predicted a later ship date and then I received the products much earlier than anticipated in the past. I expect that to be the case for some with their iPhone and Apple Watch purchases.

So I'm slightly annoyed, but annoyed nonetheless. Had the watch in my cart and ready to check out, but saw absolutely no where to redeem a gift card (had 2 for $50). Only payment options were Apple Pay, credit/debit, or apply for financing. Am I missing something?

Well in my delay, going back and forth in the checkout process to make sure I didn't miss the gift card redeem option, my shipping slipped from 9/21 to 10/5.

I would have replaced my phone if the update was worth it. There's nothing in the XS that makes me want to replace a X.

I ordered my SS Silver for pickup on the 21st in Oz at 5:07 AEST the moment the app went live for me. Seems you can still get that for pickup in Oz but deliveries have slipped to mid October.
