I have a holiday starting tonight where I can't use electricity until Saturday night. (I'm an orthodox Jew) So if my phone comes tomorrow, Friday, or Saturday doesn't make a big difference to me. However if it comes today I will be one happy camper, but doubt that's going to happen.
 
Yeah, that's the one that shows my tracking #. The one that shows your order when logged into your account doesn't. And don't get me started on the lame Premiere Order Status page....wow.

I know. I have Premier also, and their online tracking system does not work for us either. At least the other link works fine.

Had the same problem until I found the order status page outside of the account. I was freaking out why it wasn't showing up.
 
what time did you ordered and how did you ordered?

I ordered through att.com at 3:30a-ish CDT on 10/7. My cc flagged it as suspicious and blocked the auth hold. I got that resolved on 10/8 mid-day, meaning the att.com order page shows an order date of 10/8. I know... confusing. I wasn't sure what was going to happen with the shipping.
 
My wife and I ordered a 32black and a 64black at the same time, 5:00am on the 7th. The 32 has already passed through Alaska, the 64 still says "Preparing for shipment". But has an arrival date of Oct 14. What's up with that?
 
I ordered through Premier at around 11:00 pm EST on 10/7 and last night my "Backordered" flipped from 1 to 0. This morning I now see a UPS tracking number on my order status page. Good luck to others still waiting...
 
WOW, gotta love AT&T and their many different tracking systems. The REALLY need to get this cleaned up.

SO I was checking the wrong system. I now have a tracking number as well when I used the Order Status page instead of the Order Details page when logged into my account.

But it's UPS....was kinda hoping for FedEx. I think this means I'll see it Friday afternoon instead of morning. :(

This may mean I'll be waiting in line w/ my buddy, then watching him unbox his and play with it....while mine is still in the hands of the UPS guy. :eek:

I ordered two phones ...two different transactions and now two different carriers are going to deliver.....good thing that status is shipped but tracking #s not working...what a damn long ass week.....:rolleyes:

Three iPhones ordered. Three different orders.
My wish is that AT&T will fix this so that in the future I am able to check all our devices from a single order in one pane of glass.
 
This is weird... I ordered in store at 10 am on Friday, and got an email confirmation one hour later. I clicked the link to track my order at www.att.com/wirelessorderstatus, put in the info, and I noticed I never ordered a 32gb iphone... I ignored it until today, where I check the status of my payment, and the hold is now gone from my account, and I have the money "back" into my account. I called the AT&T 1-877-782-8870 number to track it, and they say that they can't find my order number. Should I be worried? I just want my phone Friday!!

Mine was given a tracking number for FedEx today. The tracking number wasn't in the FedEx system so I called AT&T. The rep I had checked with a supervisor who said that it is ready to be shipped but that they are not sending them out until OCTOBER 14th:eek::eek:!!! Should arrive 1-3 days after that??:eek::eek:
I sincerely hope that that rep didn't know what she was talking about.

This is the 4th post i'vem seen that people order way passed that 4-5pm non-sense cutoff and still has shipping information. keep the hopes alive

That makes me thinking: If some late order people already have shipping info, then is it because of region? different states? just wondering.....
