I'm planning to get this device as a gift for a relative of mine who loves iPhones and will be thrilled to get this device. I want to get him also a great case that can provide solid protection but not be too bulky.

I see some really nice looking cases that are already available on . I especially love some of the Spigen cases. What cases are you going to get?

Currently these are my favorite cases.

1. UAG iPhone X Pathfinder Feather-Light Rugged [BLACK] Military Drop Tested iPhone Case

2. Amazon.com: Spigen Thin Fit iPhone X Case with SF Coated Non Slip Matte Surface for Excellent Grip

3. Amazon.com: OtterBox DEFENDER SERIES Case for iPhone X

I've just pulled the trigger on a couple of totallee cases. Jet white and matt black for my black iphone x when i order it. They look impressive on youtube and very thin. Discount code gave me free shipping to the UK

But how will they go up against drops?

Magpul. I just need them to get their act together by October for the X.

Big Magpul fan here too. Not happening for X launch. Prior to the 7/7+ launch, Magpul released the new field cases about 3 months after the new iPhone release. For the 7/7+ launch, it was about 6 months :(

I'm strongly considering either the Lifeproof Next or the X-Doria Defense. It seems to me that the iPhone X will require a bit more protection, due to the fact that it's a glass sandwich.

I'm hoping Caudabe releases a new version of their Stealth case for the X. I've been using the 7+ version for almost a year, and I think it's the best balance I've found between thinness and protection.

Feeling that Totallee Brown Leather case...

Slim and still protection, a long with covering the bottom. Any similar branding that's Olive?

What cases are you getting for your iPhone X? Which case have you already bought? Which cases are great and which ones suck? Post and discuss here.
[doublepost=1505560916][/doublepost]Spigen seems on top of their game as usual:

Speck already has several choices I f that’s your sort of thing (but good grief their website is an awful waste of space):

For Black model check out Ringke Air. I have it for matte black 7 Plus and it's perfect. Best bet is smoke black so you don't get the yellowing that happens with plain clear cases. Perfect size.

Received the matte black Spigen Liquid Crystal yesterday. I bought it in case the Apple silicone case is back ordered.

Posted elsewhere on MR but I do hope Magpul gets off the pot and has them available for launch.
