Most likely an Apple leather case but I’m not certain which color. I usually get black because I dislike how the other colors age, but maybe I’ll try one of the dark shades and hope it’s not so bad. I’m also intrigued by the new folio style case Apple is selling for the X. I might order one of those too, just to see what it’s like.

I also like the Speck cases. Why are the Lifeproof and OtterBox cases 70+ bones? WTH.. I wish they’d make the Mophie Juice Pack Air for X I have one on a 8+ it’s really nice having the second battery option. Anyone seen any X series battery cases?

I would never buy another case except from Apple. The leather one I have now, is very good. They make the best iPhone cases. iPads, not always the best.

I've been considering the "Rhinoshield Mod" case.

Basically a protective bumper with swappable backplates. Can go clear, solid/pattern, or even no backplate. Doesn't release until after the X though and I have no prior experience with Rhinoshield, so I don't know.

Not sure if you have on of their leather cases for your current phone, but I do not recommend it. Within a month of owning it, the leather just all of a sudden peeled off on mine. It’s literally just glued on the back.
