It's less than that, believe me. It happend to me when I installed iLife '08 and Spore. rsrsrs
Mine has shipped via Fed Ex. Finally 
Mine was a Single User license (if your questioning why I have 2 macs and am getting a Single User, I don't expect to use it on my iMac as it is my media playing computer, my MacBook Pro is for everything else) with an outstanding (sarcasm) $8 student discount.
Is expected to be here tomorrow (Apple put my order on Priority). FedEx stuff from Apple typically arrives in the morning, so I have to get up early

Ours had iWork09 for $39 the day after the announcement so I'm hoping that they'll have iLife tomorrow for the same price. I'm on the list to be called when it comes in. But man is it hard waiting!
Thanks for the heads up. I'll call tomorrow and check and see if they've got it in. I'm at a fairly large university, so I hope that's the case.
Best Buy Update
For those looking to get it today at Best Buy, I'd choose In Store Pickup as it seems most stores don't have them on the shelves to sell until tomorrow. However, ordering online and picking it up in the store seems to be working fine.
After my store refused to sell it to me (I didn't order online), I had my Mom try her local Best Buy and order it online for in store pickup....she was able to pick it up no problem. There were no copies on the store shelves however.

Ahhh yes....the Mac software Fort Knox in Best Buy!
You can touch any PC software all you want.....but keep your hands off the Mac software!Sadly, my store didn't have any out.
Although you've got to love Macs....since they are the ONLY machines in any store that allow you full internet access. I pleaded with the Best Buy Apple guy, even showing him the In Stock page on BestBuy.com.

I ordered on Jan. 22 and as of earlier today it still stated ship on Jan. 30th for Feb 2nd delivery. But I just received an email from Apple stating it shipped and will arrive tomorrow. wOOt!

I ordered on BestBuy.com for instore pickup. I recieved an email saying I could now pick it up. I went by to pick it up and they refused to sell it to me. They told me that the release date is tomorrow and I was SOL. I have been on the phone with Best Buy's customer service for an hour now and they aren't much help either.
OMG! All my ex-girlfriends are in the same folder now! Along with my mother!!!
I think Freud would have something to say about that.
Apple might have gotten wind that BB was selling them or BB HQ might have noticed and told the stores to stop selling them with in-store pickup.
Anyway, have my copy installed. Took about 1/2 hour tops with restart.
iPhoto did want to convert the library to 2009 version.
iMovie looks fantastic. Can't wait to start working with this.
GarageBand lessons are actually pretty cool if you're a beginner. Not much stuff for advanced players...yet.
iDVD - haven't messed with it yet.
iWeb - no new templates but like the new layout. Seems like it will be easier to use.
Still have lots to look over and try out but initial impressions are promising.
Oh, and the introductory tutorial movies seem to be streaming from the Web but are not active yet. They will not play. Apple will probably light those up tomorrow.
Hope everyone enjoys it as they start trickling into retail.

Sorry - didn't read the whole thread (just first and last couple of pages).
Also, anyone seen yet if iMovie lets you store projects (not events) on anything other than local HD (that was a bitch of a limitation of '08)?

As soon, as I opened iPhoto it started running through the recognition stuff.. 24 minutes to go!
