Looks like a credible source has placed the release date on November 11th!
http://9to5mac.com/2015/10/30/ipad-pro-release-date/

Whoopee! I was the last one to post in this thread before a relatively reliable date was published, even if not yet confirmed by Apple.

11th is good. At least we have a date now. Makes me nervous when it's up in the air.

Why would you be nervous? We always knew it would be some time in November.

Let's see now. I gave it a 40% chance of being the second week of the month. Pure chance would have been 25% so I beat the odds by 60%. ((40/25)-1). My second-order prediction (down to the day) gave it 10% of 40%, which is 4% for the specific day of Wednesday the 11th. Pure chance would have been 3.334%. By the same math I beat the odds by 20% for exact day prediction. I didn't expect it to be mid-week.

An

and if i buy online, will i have it on the same day?

When apple finally decide to announce the actual release date you will know when you can order online. Until then every person on this forum is guessing.

Happy for 11th. I thought for sure they'd launch at the end of November. Making me wait until the end of the month!

Ok

store availability on the 11th, which means preorders start around 5 to 7 days earlier, which places them around the 6th.

Makes sense

Work at Target in an NJ store. Had some free time to search for the iPad pro in the system- why not?

According to the system here, the set date for the iPad pro is Nov 8th 2015. That likely means that the overnight team here will set it the night of the 7th into the 8th, meaning the release date is November 8 the latest.

Apple has never released products on a Sunday. The rumored November 11 date is far more likely.

It might actually be released on the 6th then. Target won't set the items before they are available to sell. I can see it being released on the 6th and Target setting it on the 8th.

show me a link where Apple confirm the release date?

you also say 'the latest release date possible'. this isn't a positive Apple confirmation is it. that statement in itself is unsure.

Not at all. Target will be selling the iPad Pro on November 8. Apple will likely be releasing it on November 8 or before then.

Fact: Target will be selling the iPad Pro on November 8.
Rumor: Apple will be selling the iPad Pro on November 8.

That might clarify things for you.

Relax, no ones questioning you....Ok, they are, but it's all good :D

Best Buy, Walmart, Target, CVS, info is just not going to cut it here.

Sorry :D

I can see if my friend can find out when Beat Buy will be selling it. ;)

So you are like REALLY confident this is accurate? Your saying that Target's system is close to 100%?

Anyway, I'm not sure anyone is even going to buy these. They ARE, very expensive. Almost like an experiment from Apple.

I don't know.

It was for every Apple product that was released within the years 2014 and 2015 thus far. I mean, theoretically it could be an anomaly but the odds aren't in the favor of that happening.
