I am right in thinking I can order an iphone 16gb from CPWH as an upgrade for my 02 contract which is due for renewal ?

I hope it is! It is absolutely abusrd...i also checked the US availability site last night and tried California state which has about 25 stores of which non had stock of ANY iPhones. I then tried NY and it was the same story!

Well, you'd hope so, wouldn't you... but I don't get how it could parse as a glitch... isn't it some guy in an office updating the pictures?

CPWH taking 16GB phone orders now. Just ordered 16GB with next day delivery. The website hasn't been updated. So just phone them now. They have 16Gb stock.
call them now. I ordered 16gb black. Didn't ask about the white one.

D'oh. Despite what it says on the website, o2 Southend have no stock. I remain the only 3Ger in the household.
Seriously, I now have CPW salesmen falling over themselves calling me, trying to sell me a 16GB for next day delivery!
Don't place an order online with CPW, as it seems orders get stuck at stage 1. Call their E-sales team on 0870 087 0870 - they do all the required credit/ID checks there and then on the phone and the order tracking will show as "stage 2" immediately.

Just picked one up from CPWH in Hayes, Middlesex. They have 5 8GB left.

Just rang carphonewarehouse and they have stock of both 8GB and 16GB Black iPhones on their direct sales telephobe line. Website yet to be updated though
Yep. Phone CPWH. There is a problem sometimes with their online system The first time I tried to order an iphone it didn't go through properly.
It's best to call their sales team.

Yep I saw this at 8am this morning and can confirm it was wrong!
I picked up a BLACK 16gb at o2 Ilford at 9.30 then drove to Apple Store Lakeside and picked up a WHITE 16gb at 10.30. o2 said that had quite a few Black and Lakeside had "alot" of Black and White.
Thanks for the heads up sku. 16gb coming my way soon. Ordered on the phone (0800 0491 303), they still have some left.

I just got my 3g iphone today though CPW and it was very fast. I phoned on wednesday and asked if you can upgrae though them. they said yes and did it over the phone with no hassle.
so anyone waiting for the o2 website to update to get their iphone to 3g iphone upgrade then use CPW (you call the phone number for CPW sales).
