Just cos Samsung is doing s*** doesn't mean that Apple isnt doing the same.
I have the 5s and a 6s running. The 5s is already sooooo much slower. You don't have to wait for iOS11. Its already present.
Just opening Apples standard apps like the calculator or compass or even just typing. Where it's instantly on the 6s you wait for a couple of seconds on the 5s.
Of course there are worse performing phones on the market. But Apple is limiting RAM and with each iOS update slowing massively down user experience. Just to make more money by forcing people to upgrade
iPhone 6 Plus did indeed have memory issues for many users.
Out performing a device is not an issue, crashes when switching or multitasking is.
LOL, classic Tim, 1000 usd phine and they kill it with RAM, same story as with iphone 6 plus.. and next year, we sill gladly sell u new iphone with 4 gigs
Based on all past historyBased on what?
The new OLED display should offer a nice distraction from the RAM issues. The difference between playing a 1080p HDR YouTube video on my S8+ and its 1080p equivalent on my 7+ is like night and day.
2Gb in 2017......smh
Just for my understanding, do you anywhere run out of memory in your daily's iPhone work? It's not about the overall amount of memory, but how handled by the OS. And here iOS clearly is superior.
By referring to anything by the rag that is the Mirror, you have publicly lost any credibility you thought you had.Rise Phoenician Rise.....LOL
Simply the best

It might be the future if TimMAY has his way. I think this might be his downfall.
Steve Jobs would have hounded engineers until madness to get them to fix TouchID under the glass. Not Timmy boy.
I have yet to hear a credible explanation of how someone is going to unlock an iPhone X w/ FaceID while driving a car.
Samsung user: "dude, you got 2gb ram? That's a lot man!"
Apple user: "isnt it beast?"
Samsung user: "yeah..it's a beast. Unfortunately i have 6gb ram on my note 8. It sucks!"
Coming soon to the nearest theater...the sequel of "dude, where's my car?"
....new movie "dude, where's my rams?"

We already know that it is going to be far too expensive for most people. Just how much is the unknown factor. I suspect at least $1000 and up.I guess the price is the only real surprise left.
Here comes the next iPhone 6.
Apple desperately wants to spoil their own surprise.
You would think the iPhone X would have been given at least 4 GB ram to deserve it's name which is the iPhone X. Isn't it running this newly introduced face 3D detection with some AR capabilities? The ram should have been increased for these reasons alone.
I'm betting the iPhone 8 Plus will be the fastest performer when benchmarks are done and will hold more in it's memory since it doesn't have to do any face detection or push the extra pixels/resolution that the iPhone X will run (for those performance and touch ID enthusiast this is the go to model). The more ram the better in my opinion especially for the added iOS software features too.
Next years "S" model of the iPhone X will have 4GBs of RAM.
