MacBook battery differences

Is there really that much of a difference between battery life on the MacBook Pro vs MacBook Pro with touch bar. I also want to get the i7 processor on the non-touchbar to boost performance. Will I see a notable battery difference between the touch bar and non touch bar models.

I have 15" touch bar model with 2.9ghz, 16gb, 1tb, 460 GPU and is currently on Sierra 10.12. My average battery life is 8 hours with photoshop, excel, web and YouTube. I can probably reach 10 hours @ 25% brightness although I never tried. I also have 2016 MacBook 12". In my comparison, they have the same battery life when doing similar tasks.
