On the phone with support agent #8. Being told to call back closer to my reservation expiration time and to keep trying between now and then. This is ridiculous. If I go try to create a new order now, it pulls the correct address from AT&T and also allows the option to edit it on the checkout page. Why can't I do the same with a reservation???
Yep just got verification from support rep #10 that reservations are a "snapshot" and can't be edited.

Just got off the phone yet again. Reservations are uneditable. If you cant complete your reservation youre screwed. Get ready to re-order after noon PDT and watch as all the people with 2-4 week shipping times get bumped up.
Just curious what information are you trying to edit?
100% what's about to happen. MacRumors may even write a post saying "Second wave of iPhone X preorders get bumped to release day delivery" and never even mention it was because Apple's reservation system took a major dump. I got a nov 3rd in store pickup date, and then the reservation screen. When the email came I can't complete the reservation because my ATT billing address is a PO box. Was told yesterday to change it and wait. Now we're told the reservations are not going to update, that if you changed your address after the fact that you're SOL - all this despite me having chosen in store pickup and all my addresses shipping/billing lining up in the online store and the app and ATT.
Another reservation lost due to the PO box that was listed on my ATT account at the time of the reservation... I've spent all morning on the phone with ATT and Apple and neither can help

I'm in that boat and at this point it doesn't look goodI have a 12:08 preorder in this bucket but still haven’t received an email. Anyone else in this boat or have been in it to help provide guidance?
I feel your pain. I emailed tim about it too, lol. Lot of good that will do. I just checked my reservation and its not showing any different info than before 12 PDT. Odd, i expected it to say reservation expired or something.
Agreed. That's what I read apple did with customers who had issues with ordering thorough the iPhone upgrade program and they sent emails to these people to order again and to provide the order number so apple can expedite it. Why not doing anything with us?it makes no sense though lol. atleast email us and let us know that our reservations wont expire due to apples failure of a reservation system
