My FedEx tracker says DELAYED -- ARG!!! There's a storm at the FedEx hub that "may delay" delivery of some packages!!!! 
Here is my response from Apple Chat. Somehow I think I'll take this one with a hefty grain of salt

Me: Hi. I ordered the up-to-date version of Snow Leopard on 8/22 and my order status still indicates that it has not shipped. I was curious if you could give me some more information on that. My order number is W.....
Apple: Your order will be shipped out tomorrow.
Whatever status it shows on your account is the same customer service will have.
Me: When can I expect it to arrive?
Apple: Tomorrow.
Me: Sorry to be a bother, but I am a bit confused: if it hasn't shipped as of today, and it will not ship until tomorrow, then how will I receive it tomorrow? Will it ship same day?
Apple: yes it will
Me: Great! Thanks for your help.
I was told the same thing. It'll ship AND arrive tomorrow.
I'm also showing a "Not Yet Shipped" status for my Up to Date that I placed early Aug. 7th.
I did chat with someone at Apple however who assured me that it will be coming tomorrow and that their system is just behind. I sure hope so. It would be fairly lame if that wasn't the case.
If you click on any product in the store, and you see on the left it says search store and right above that, there should be a chat bubble. If it's not there just put your mouse over the area.so i called apple and they said any order that was paid and everything before 2pm est yesterday will deliver tomorrow, but the date that i see (sept 3) is an estimate in case it takes longer.
now can someone kindly post a link to this online chat that everyone keeps talking about please.

Yay! Finally received my tracking number from Apple. The current status from FedEx is that it is being Picked Up Ontario, CA at 1:55 P.M. Pretty late getting our tracking numbers out Apple. Oh well, at least it will hopefully make it to delivery tomorrow morningThank you Apple!!!
