Again, I want to see proof. If you saw something in half, and return it because "you don't like it" would not only be the most ******** reason, but that company would end up going out of business because of people like you.

You people and your picture expectations... not all of us are exhibitionist facebook posting look at me types who photograph everything they've ever done.

You want proof? Go to the department stores and find out for yourself how liberal the return policies are compared to buying directly from Apple.

Pardon the bluntness but how in the hell did you just manage to see that one day?
That amount of bending looks like you had a physical accident with your phone. What the hell it was is beyond me because that is almost a fold.

he doesn't usually look at his phone.....

Okay - I don't get the whole bending the phones with no force. I'm no scientist - but innate, hard objects just don't bend on their own. I absolutely agree that materials can be stronger or weaker and if weaker or thinner will require less pressure to bend. I still don't believe that metal will bend on its own unless it's molten of course. Even pipe cleaners that children use to bend and play with don't bend on their own.

I have my 6 plus in the Apple silicone case - carry it sometimes in a purse and other times in my pocket or in a flip belt when the exercising. I don't think twice about how I handle it - no special care and mine is fine.

Calm down! It could happen! At least it did for me just after 2 days of very careful usage. Although my first replacement iPhone 6 (my first one died just after 4 minutes due to an hardware error) wasn't bent that much like the OP's, it was nevertheless quite noticeable (I also posted pictures in another thread). I also have absolutely no clue how this could've happened, as I always took the iPhone out of my front pocket while driving and sitting and also used it with a case all of the time. In the end, Apple replaced mine because they weren't sure if the iPhone came already slightly bent right out of the box or if it did indeed happen during my 2 days of usage. I also noted that the seal of the white transportation box was already broken which surely is not normal.
I'm now very very happy with my 2nd replacement unit which is doing absolutely fine and shows no signs of any bending after 2 1/2 weeks (with the exact same kind of usage that the former iPhone bent under after just 2 days). It may sound weird, but this new one also feels differently in hand (space grey). The aluminum has a little bit more grip to it (others have noted that too with replacement iPhone 6 units).

Again, I have no clue why a few iPhone 6 and 6+'s seem to bend very easily and I'm beginning to think that a small amount of iPhones is just very prone to bending for whatever reason.

My iphone 6 has a rock to it when I put it on a flat surface now. It's 3 weeks old and didn't do it when I first bought it.

Always well looked after, in a case, always in my front pocket. It's not bad enough to go to the apple store about but I will do if it gets worse. The home button has also developed a strange click to it before the actual push.

You guys are treating him like it's his fault. He didn't do anything totally extreme rather just having regular usage on his iphone and somehow his phone is bent and apple should totally cover it. Not sure why some people go to the ends to defend a brand when honestly they could care less if you did; there is no perfect company and apple is one of them.

it's a kind of magic....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLxN0wpFoP8

Page 1, post #23 shows a picture of the phone in my case. It was extremely hard to notice the bend, the only reason i checked was i saw my case sticking out a bit. I thought it popped out of place so i decided to remove my case and put it back on. Only when i removed my case did i realize my phone was bent.

Go to the Apple Store and ask nicely one last time, if still no positive feedback just "scream out loud" that iPhone 6plus bends and that apple lies that It would replace them under warranty. Make sure every customer in the store hears you, waving your phone as proof.

Instantly the supervisor will agree to replace as a one time gesture of good will.

Douchebags need to be treated like douchrbags, we have been apologists for far too long.

After use of 35 days my iPhone 6 got bended, I don't have apple care. I said them it is bended, at first they said, no its not bended. I had it on the table then they said yes it is bended. I asked them I would like to get a new one, but they said sorry nothing we can do. I said them I will charge a dispute from credit card company, then they called store manager up and gave a exception for return policy, refunded my all $800 for my iPhone 6 T Mobile.

:apple: why should we pay for your bend sh**t problem with iPhone 6. I never had problem with iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s.

but at the end they have resolved the problem, only because I have raised my tone.

you keep it in your front pocket and it bent by magic?

that's kind of impossible you know.....

I keep my 6 Plus in my front pocket and havent had a problem

Not magic...If your pants are tight...even a little, the phone is under a little pressure..Even if your pants are comfortable, they will get a little tight when you bend down...for e.g., tie your shoe laces. Now the previous generation of iPhones were able to resist this pressure (I had quite a few of those)...this generation apparently can't OR this is a manufacturing defect.
No magic...

Who knows...Apple's apologists might take an issue with that and stand up to defend Apple's honor! :p

BS.......I keep my Plus in tight jeans pockets and have no problem with bending.

Just come out and say the truth....You sat on your phone

And now you've bought the same iPhone 6 again?

Don't mean to derail but my iPhone 6 is bent. I noticed it when I took it out of my case.

Is the general consensus Apple will not replace? It has only been a month and my Apple appointment is next week. However I purchased my phone from T-Mobile.

And actually I thought I babied my phone too. Most likely I did something but now I think I might switch back to 5S or something else. I may make the same mistake again in the future and bend the phone.

No seriously. Take a video of you buying something, destroying it and returning it. The burden of proof is on the person making the claim, as with all things.

Today I just realized my iPhone 6 is bent. Apple Care saying not their problem.

Just so you guys know..... There has already been a story on the news about a design flaw on the new models. It is a screw exactly where the bends are occurring. Keep complaining it usually works for me. Keep asking for a supervisor hopefully you get the same one and he or she get tired of dealing with you and they eventually cave. The money we pay for these devices you shouldn't have to treat it like a baby. If apple continues to play the "not our problem" card you will see Samsungs stock doing much better soon enough.

I think you meant...

I dented my brand new BMW 7 while parking it...surely its a design flaw by BMW...

Well mine is still flawless so it was something you did to your BMW...

I think you meant...

My BMW's sub frame bent when I hit a pothole... surely it's a design flaw by BMW...

iPhone 6 series is twice as flimsy as the 5 series, which is flimsier than the 4 series. Those are verifiable facts, not opinion. If Apple doesn't want this kind of thing happening to their customers, they need to go back to making phones with the same structural integrity they became known for in the past. People won't buy the next iPhone if their current one has become a banana.
