How/Where are you guys accessing the Chat option for UPS?

Do you know if I changed to be dropped off to a local UPS Store, will it be delay until Monday or should it be available to pick it up on Friday. I got a confirmation that said estimated pick up day "Monday 4/27" but the customer service person said it should be on the store "Friday the 24th morning". Just wanted to see if you knew about this. Thanks

I guess I should also mention that when I did this my delivery date of 4/24 disappeared off MyChoice, now it has nothing. Did this also happen to you?

Mind did the same thing and at the moment says I can pick it up in the morning. (looks like yours)
Just like you, I requested local pickup, it was canceled by the local center. I then requested again and so far it has stuck. Would not surprise me to see it cancel later and go out on the truck.
Does yours have no scheduled delivery info?
Mine doesn't yet either. Don't worry about it.
Lol ups definitely didn't design this tracking system for people as paranoid as us Apple fans
I chose hold for pickup at local UPS hub. The thing that I don't like is after you choose this option it stops all tracking updates on where the package is, just says pickup on 4/24. Has anyone noticed, is it normal?
Mine is all set and on time for 830am pickup tomorrow! It's like Christmas morning! #
How did you get a 830am pickup time? When I went through the process of selecting a customer center, the only times given were the general office hours. I canceled before I made the change.
