I thought my Ultra 3 got bricked after installing Beta 2. It stuck on Apple logo for ~20 minutes and then it went black and completely unresponsive to any button presses.

I’ve checked Bluetooth settings on my phone and it showed that it my phone is connected to the watch.

What helped me is pinging my watch via Find My and it managed to “unstuck” it.

I don’t got beta 2 on my ultra 3

Can you show an image of the unintended AOD behaviour? Is it not a dimmed screen in any way or the second hand isn’t moving?
I believe I found the answer.

On my Watch face, I had selected "Dynamic" time size instead of what I wanted to see always, which was "Small."

So I guess it was just switching font size whenever the conditions were met, whatever they may be.

Receiving my Series 11 today and thinking about going 27 beta, which my iPhone is on already, running very smoothly.

Reading this thread my feelings are going with watchOS27 should be fine as well?

Battery life, so far, on B2 has been just as good as B1 on my Ultra 3. Between the Watch and phone, 27 beta is already more polished than any of the 26 updates and it’s still ages to go until release.

Same here and it seems like the awu3 is a lot better now
In the 18 hours or so I have been running it, the battery seems a bit better on my AWU3 than it was on B1. This weekend, I will probably go for an outdoor walk/trail hike and see how things go. My messages are syncing better now than they were before, and my alarm is back to going off the same time as my phone, and turning it off on my watch also turns it off on my phone (that happened a couple of times on B1, but it wasn't every day)

Me, "Hey Siri start a 3½ minute time."
Siri, "30 seconds, counting down."
Saying "3 minute, 30 second timer" yields the same response.
