Tumi makes quality bags. I forget, but I think you were in NY. If so, the Roosevelt Field mall has a Tumi store if you want to test fit it.

I already bought it and reviewed it :)

Yeah they had a store at Grand Central..

I didn't know that and go thru Grand Central everyday.

Ahh I didn't realize it was a review, I just quickly clicked on the link. Will check out the review :)

I currently have my MBP in the Incase Neoprene sleeve (black) and carry it either in my Solo messenger bag (got it at the Apple store) and my limited edition Crumpler bag (which cost a ****ton, but its gorgeous!).

My case(s)

I've got my 15" MBP in an incase hard shell and I keep that inside of an 17" incase laptop bag. It works great!

Here's the one I bought last week for my first ever Mac, my beautiful new MBP:

I have the most awesome bag ever that has no brand name on it at all. Got it in a thrift store for $15. Inside is a Westfield laptop sleeve made here in San Francisco. I picked it up at their workshop. If anyone can ID who made the shoulder bag I'd kiss you.

Is that Tucano Second skin a perfect fit for the new 15" unibody? Looking for something like that so I can put my MBP safely in my backpack.

For my MacBook Pro 15" Unibody, I use:

Belkin 17" Messenger Bag

and a Belkin 15" Sleeve

Sponsored by my wife! :) I choose the 17" bag because I wanted to store the MBP in a sleeve too. The bag is rather bulky though. But lots of protection!

Is there a good bag to have when you study science and have tons of books with you, also it should be protective and easy to bike with.

i got myself this sleeve from ebay thinking it would fit it perfectly however the Depth is too big! the width and thickness are perfect though. i mean hasnt the unibody 17" got the same depth as the older 17' model?

I'm a huge fan of Speck so i actually have this one on my MBP right now:

I have it in black.

and I carry it in their new backpack, the AftPack:

The pinstripe really is an awesome design and color. The blue inside really sold me.

Thinking about getting the orange MBP seethru (not satin) case just because I love the orange and its limited edition. I sway so easily for limited edition stuff...

When I get my macbook. I want a case like a hardshell kind. But since I don't like the feel of the slippy hardshell plastic, has one been invented that feels rubbery (like how rubber feels if you rub your finger on it) or something along the lines of that?

Speck

I have a Speck overcase, one of those kinds that are hard plastic and you click over the computer. It has protected the computer from everything that Pittsburgh can throw at it (except for rain, already had bad experiences with rain+old laptop) and I carry it around without a bag, only a travel charger.
