Yay! I ordered the 38mm Sport with the blue sports band. I also ordered a Casetify band with this design on it.

I might also get the Click adapter and get some thicker 22mm Fossil bands. I'm a big wristband/cuff person, so I want the watch to wear more like a sweet thick bracelet.

I'm getting my nails done on Saturday. I might just try and coordinate! :p

That design it hilarious! Now they just need some Tokidoki bands too.

this thread is everything

I've got a 38mm on order with a white sport band. I'm so glad there's plenty of ladies out there that are anxiously awaiting Friday with me!!

I'm trying to decide between milanese loop and the modern buckle for dress -- I just can't make up my mind!!

Hi Morynne, you really can't go wrong with either on the comfort. I will say that there's a touch of extra feminine class with the modern buckle, but I love both bands! The Milanese Loop is going to be my daily wear for work, because I inevitably get something horrible and greasy on leather the moment it comes within 5 feet of me. That said, I'm still going to get a modern buckle for special occasions and just avoid all dirt and food while wearing it.

Is this gap supposed to be there?

If you look @ the 1st pic w/white band it looks like it may have a gap too.

----------

I was debating myself about which size. After taking my husband's opinion into account (suggested 38m cuz thought 42m might look to obnoxious on me), I struggled and for the most part even after I ordered I wasn't fully convinced I made the right choice. I chose the 38m SG Sport Blk Band. Once I saw a few pics of others trying it on & eventually was satisfied with my choice. Of course I had to pick the one NOT being processed! Not to mention, an Apple rep confirmed that an exchange won't be difficult should I choose to upgrade to the 42m.

Ladies, hopefully most of us are getting our watches tomorrow. Got the outfits coordinated? Nails done?

I am ready!

I received my invoice and tracking # this morning so I'm getting mine tomorrow  for sure but I don't yet know what I'll wear with it and I'm going to do my nails tonight. :D

Excellent! Which watch did you get? What color nails?

And for all the people lurking who are mad about Apple choosing to go after the fashion market, THIS IS WHY.

I got the 38mm SS w/ WSB and I'll do my nails white with black tips but reverse for black with white tip for the ring fingers. :p

I'm getting a 42mm white Sport. Did my nails a silver (Zoya Trixie) with a "holo" and silver glitter on top (Nicole by OPI Guys & Galaxies). No clue what I'm wearing clothing-wise tomorrow.

You all are doing awesome nails! I did a very pale pink with a bit of sparkle, since I like silver and pink together and my band is Milanese loop. But I love what you are describing! We are going to need photos tomorrow!

My wife will be receiving her 42mm blue sport tomorrow and is painting her nails to match. My SG won't be arriving but at least I can play with her watch so I better be nice!

Make sure you tell her to take a photo for us - dying to see the blue nails!

I'm getting the 42mm sport with blue band. I didn't try it on in store though so I hope I like it :D Planning on getting the blue leather loop in addition to the sport band. Had some doubts about getting the sport or the stainless steel version but decided to get the sport since it's cheaper and more lightweight. Anybody has any thoughts on the sports vs the stainless steel? :)

I'm excited to see all the pics tomorrow from the women!

Will there be more band options from apple? I would love a true pink band.

I know - I was talking with the guy who did my try on appointment and he said a lot of women were saying that they wanted real pink.

And I want red! Red leather!

Hot pink probably would have been my wife's top choice is available.

I'm counting on more options being available from third party manufacturers, but it would be nice if apple offered something in pink. Not the "pinks" that are available now.

There is a pink modern buckle ^^ I think it will be likely that they're gonna create different bands and colors. There were already some new sport band colors shown to these fashion people in Milan so it would be nice if they would sell these to the public, not sure if they will though.

I got a nifty French gel manicure today, because it'll be nice and neutral against the Milanese band.

I really want one of the bright yellow Sport bands that were on display at that fashion show.

Seconding the red leather - it'd be pretty enough to wear as a daily band. Surprised red wasn't an option, given all the [red] Apple stuff available in the past. Maybe it's coming.

I am ridiculously excited...42mm Milanese. Wrist is not quite 160mm. I was worried when I ordered, but happy at the try on. I thought the 38mm looked small.

I felt the SAME way. Plus when I layer the watch with my other bracelets it will look very fashionable :)
